My Story
Food wasn’t always my profession. It was a comfort, It was a connection. I remember watching my family cook simple meals with their heart. The scent of garlic sizzling in oil, the slow stir of a ladle in a pot of something warming, those moments planted a seed in me.

At first, I cooked out of interest, and then, out of obsession. Every slice, every burn sharpened my skills. I wanted to learn everything, techniques, flavor profiles, plating, traditions, and innovation. I read books, watched legends work, and failed many times but each mistake was a learning curve.

I learned to respect the ingredients, to listen to the dish, to cook not just with precision but with emotion. My inner self taught me that mastery isn’t about ego, it’s about humility, consistency, and a relentless desire to improve.

As I grew, so did my experience. I built a team and trained them. I created not just food, but my experiences. Each dish became a story and each plate a canvas.
Now, people call me a master but I know the truth. I am still learning and always will be.
